Collaboration consistently unlocks new opportunities, fosters progress, drives development, broadens professional networks, and enriches participants with valuable knowledge and experience.
On the eve of the Easter holidays, the “Aybolit: On the Way to Recovery” project began working under the Capable and Resistant Program administered by the East Europe Foundation, with the financial support of the Swiss Embassy. Team members from the Wings of Victory Charity Foundation participated in “The First Meeting of the Partner Organizations of the Capable and Resistant Program for Institutional Support and Interaction in Humanitarian Aid.”
The two-day agenda combined intensive workshops with meaningful networking opportunities, facilitating productive exchanges between partner organizations, colleagues, and sector professionals.
Through the thematic training sessions balanced with an informal atmosphere, participants gained fresh perspectives on operational challenges while developing innovative strategies for upcoming initiatives. Particularly valuable were mentor-led sessions examining essential considerations in humanitarian work, including logistical planning, compliance reporting, and impact monitoring frameworks.
We appreciate our partners at the East Europe Foundation for facilitating this productive convening and look forward to continuing these collaborative dialogues.
Stay strong!
